2019 SUMMER HOCKEY PROGRAMS
Twin Rinks Summer Hockey Programs have provided the highest level of coaching along with elite training for players of all ages and abilities for over 20 years. It’s Twin Rink’s mission to provide superior hockey instruction for motivated players who want to reach their potential. Twin Rinks continues to set the standard of excellence in Summer Camps.
Twin Rinks boasts an elite coaching staff of veteran local coaches who are passionate about passing on their knowledge and skills to the next generation of hockey players. Our state of the art off-ice training facility featuring KwikRink synthetic ice and USA Hockey dryland training center will be utilized in our summer camps. Campers will have the opportunity to develop their shooting and stickhandling on our synthetic ice sheet as well as work on their strength and speed in our training center.

Hockey Summer Camp 2019
WEEKLY SUMMER CLINICS
NEW: Intensive Series Clinics* | $600 for 16 sessions or $60/walk-on | These new, hour-long clinics run Monday and Wednesday nights throughout the summer. Each session focuses on one specific aspect of the game for the entire hour – providing players not only with instruction for proper technique and execution but the time and repetitions needed to build strength and muscle memory.
Tuesday Night High School Clinic* | $375 for 10 sessions or $60/walk-on | Weekly clinic designed for the competitive CIAC and FCIAC High School Hockey player. Improve your skills and earn your ice time for next year with this well-rounded clinic lead by former FCIAC head coach John Miserendino.
NEW: Tuesday and Wednesday Night Girls Intensive* | $400 for 10 sessions or $60/walk-on | Ice Hockey Girl’s Intensive is designed for players that have aspirations of playing hockey at a high-end competitive level. Sessions will focus on the fundamentals of power-skating and skill development. Players will learn proper body position, edge control, and how to lengthen their stride. Skill development includes puck protection, passing & scoring.
Thursday Night Pond Hockey!* | $200 for 8 sessions or $30/walk-on | Every week 6:10-7:30 on Thursday night’s players from squirt-bantam are invited to come skate in a fun pond hockey style scrimmage. Games will be coordinated by Hockey Department staff and will vary week to week with full ice games, small area games, and fun competitions!
Thursday Night Summer Adult Clinic* | $325 for 9 Sessions or $60/walk-on | For adults of all ages and abilities. It’s never too late to get better! Work on individual skills as well as team play and game scenarios. This clinic fills up quickly!

All Day Skills Training Camp| $695 | The All Day Skills Training Camp is our most popular day camp featuring our new state of the art off ice training center with synthetic ice for shooting and stickhandling, and our USA Hockey Dryland Training Center with Russian boxes, slide boards for extension and recovery and much more! This extensive camp offers up to 4 hours of on-ice skill development and 2 hours off ice work each day. Campers should bring a change of clothes and sneakers. LUNCH IS PROVIDED!
Half Day Skills Camp | $450 | Arrive at noon and get started in Stamford Twin Rink Skill Center followed by two on-ice sessions up to 90 minutes each! First, skills and drills. Then a quick break for a rest and a snack, and back out again for another session of games!
Elite Skills Camp with Victor Baryshevtsev | $755 | This full-day camp focuses on developing individual talent and learning the skills that separate players at the highest level. Work on puck handling and skating skills from our power skating guru and Olympic level skater Victor Baryshevtsev. The most experienced coaching staff for a full day week camp in the tri-state area! This camp will SELLOUT, sign-up now! LUNCH IS PROVIDED!
Future Stars Camp | $150 | 7 and under camp for players that can fall and get up on their own. Future Stars is a camp focused on developing skating and basic hockey skills in a fun environment that will enhance confidence.
Advanced Skills Camp | $350 | This Camp is designed for the travel player who is looking to push him/herself to the next level! This high pace camp is perfect for the player ready for a real challenge! Get out of your comfort zone, compete and become a top player on your team! MOTIVATED PLAYERS ONLY.
Shooting to Score Camp | $350 | Grip it and Rip it! Proper hand position and puck handling techniques are essential for young player’s development. The camp will provide instruction to fine tune technique and the repetition needed to build strength and consistency. Stressing quick, powerful releases on shots while developing the ability to shoot any shot in any situation.
Small Games Camp | $275 | Players have fun and learn how to compete playing a variety of games ranging from traditional hockey small area 1v1’s to unorthodox soccer, capture the flag, ball hockey and more! Training dexterity and mobility and having FUN while doing it!
CT Crease Goaltending Camp | $450 | Learn the fundamentals of stopping pucks with the goaltending gurus of Connecticut Crease in this weeklong camp. Skating, lateral movement, rebound control, angles, butterfly, puck handling. This 3-hour camp features a 1-hour session each day with Performance 20/20 who specialize in developing vision training, reaction time followed by 2 hours of on-ice instruction with Connecticut Crease. PLUS: any goalie attending this camp can attend any other camp as a goalie for free!
Total Hockey Development Camps with Chris Gragnano | INVITE ONLY | Total Hockey Development Elite Summer Program will be an entirely skill based development program working on every element of a players game. Powerskating, stick handling, shooting, passing, body control, agility as well as positional skills (forwards and defensemen), game situations, competing and small area games.
