Twin Rinks Hockey Programs have provided the highest level of coaching along with elite training for players of all ages and abilities for 27 years. It’s Twin Rink’s mission to provide superior hockey instruction for motivated players who want to reach their full potential. Twin Rinks continues to set the standard of excellence in Hockey Development.
All participants must PRE-REGISTER online for hockey programming. Full and Single Class registration is available online for all clinics. Walk-In spots are limited and may incur a fee. Schedules vary. Be sure to see full schedules at registration. In order to provide our players with the best training experience possible we maintain firm but fair registration and refund policies. 14U Tune Up Week
We know that tryout time can be stressful, and everyone is looking for an opportunity to sharpen their skills and stand out. Let us help you prepare to be your very best with our Bantam Tune-Up Camp. Designed specifically for 14U players, this week long program is packed with everything you need to succeed during the tryout process. Our camp focuses on all essential hockey skills to help you stand out on the ice. In addition, players will receive valuable insight, constructive feedback, and expert advice on how to make a great impression on coaches. Whether it’s sharpening your technique or boosting your confidence, our 14U Tune-Up Camp is your ultimate preparation for tryout success.

Led by NJ Devils Skills Coach and Midfairfield Head Coach Chris Gragnano, these clinics offer youth players a unique chance to work with one of the area’s most accomplished coaches. Coach Grags brings his professional expertise to focus on all essential hockey skills, helping players elevate their game to the next level.
Prerequisites: Total Skills Bantam & 15U Clinic is intended for competitive travel players at the AA level and above. Prep Elite is limited to NEPSIHA players, D1 High School players and similar. Motivated players at a lower level may attend pending approval of the Twin Rinks Hockey Department.

Tailored for intermediate players aged 7 & Under (2018–2021 birth years) who have prior hockey experience.
Rookies emphasizes the essential skating foundation and progressive skill development critical for our youngest athletes. Practices feature a mix of edge work, and skating mechanics, stickhandling skills, shooting technique, and competitive battle drills to build confidence and hockey IQ. Weekend games deliver an exciting opportunity to apply skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Led by John Miserendino alongside Twin Rinks’ championship-caliber professional coaching staff, this program delivers structured, high-quality instruction designed to accelerate growth and foster a lifelong love for the game.

Professional Coaching | All Sessions led and supervised by Twin Rinks professional coaching staff.
Prerequisites: Intended for 2018-2021 Birth year players. Prior Completion of Dynamites, Mini-Mites, Mighty Mites, House League or equivalent beginner/intermediate or supplemental travel hockey program is highly recommended. Not intended for first timers. Younger/older players for whom Rookies is a fit may be permitted pending approval by Hockey Department. Players are separated into groups by age and ability.
Checking & Body Contact Clinic w/ Chris Furtak
Mondays | 7:30pm-8:30pm | April 6-June 8
Open to Peewees & Bantams
Competitive contact, angling and body checking & positioning clinic led by Chris Furtak designed to help players develop the confidence and skills which are critical to success and safety in ice hockey. Focus on key fundamentals like gap control, shoulder-to-shoulder contact, puck protection, angling techniques and much more. Build strong habits, reduce injury risk and become a more physical, aggressive and reliable player for your team.
Prerequisites: Intended for 2015-2012 birth years.
10U Transition & Position Clinic
Tuesdays | 5:00pm-6:00pm | April 7-June 9
Focus on key concepts like defensive responsibility, finding open ice, proper support and reading transitions to become a dependable, positionally sound player each and every shift. Great for rising Squirt players looking to get a head start on next season, or existing squirt players who still have much to learn when it comes to the full ice game. Become more reliable in all zones and boost your confidence on the ice!
Prerequisites: Intended for 2017 and 2016 birth years. 2018 (Mite Major) Birth year players may attend pending approval from Twin Rinks hockey department.
Friday Night Skills Clinic

This session focuses on all essential hockey skills, providing players with the perfect opportunity to sharpen their game in a fun and energetic environment. Whether you’re looking to fine-tune your technique or build confidence on the ice, our Friday night clinic is the ideal way to start your weekend right. Combo with Friday Night Pond Hockey for extra ice time and savings.
Prerequisites: Intended for 2019-2012 birth years. ’19 Birth years must be rostered on a travel team to attend. Exceptions may be made pending approval from the Twin Rinks hockey department. Players are separated into groups by age and ability.
Friday Night Pond Hockey
Fridays | 6:10pm-7:10pm | March 27-May 22
Pond Hockey is one of our most popular & fun spring offerings. Play in small areas with lots of puck touches! Pond Hockey provides players an opportunity to just PLAY. No offsides, icing, officiating, scorekeeping, or coaching. Players are split into groups by age and ability. Combo your Registration with Friday Night Skills for extra ice time & savings.

Advanced Development w/ Lucas Baksay
Saturdays | 10:10am-11:10am | April 4-May 23- No Class May 9
Small Group Skill Training for Players looking to intensely and intently train the skills that separate. Classes focus on developing proper skating ability, puck control, shooting fundamentals, and 1v1 competition. Limited Spots available.

Goalie Workshop w/ Mike Mammone

Small Group Goalie Training led by Goalie Guru Mike Mammone. Limited Spots available.

Hockey Basics w/ Brooke Heron

Hockey Basics is intended for house league and intermediate players ages 8 & up who want to develop their skills and build confidence on the ice. This program combines fundamental hockey techniques with opportunities to introduce more advanced concepts, making it ideal for players who want to take the next steps forward in their game. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your skills for your current league or take steps toward a higher level of play, Hockey basics offers something for everyone.

Shooting Workshop w/ Devin Edgerton
Saturdays | 11:20am-12:20pm | April 4-May 23- No Class May 9
Advanced shooting and passing and techniques taught by Devin Edgerton. Devin Edgerton has played in over 800 professional games including stints in the ECHL, IHL, and Germany’s top league, the DEL. Since beginning his coaching career, Devin has worked with numerous prep, college, and professional players both domestically and internationally. Limited Spots available.

Defensive Skills for Forwards & Defensemen w/ Lucas Baksay
Saturdays | 11:20am-12:20pm | April 4-May 23- No Class May 9
This clinic teaches core defensive tools and essential techniques such as gap control, angling attackers, stick-on-puck pressure and defensive reads to force turnovers, shut down rushes and gain possession. Become a reliable two-way player, contribute to strong team defense and help your team control the game.
Prerequisites: Intended for 2017-2012 birth year travel hockey players. Exceptions may be made pending approval from the Twin Rinks hockey department.
Goalie Clinic w/ CT Crease
Sundays | 1:30pm-2:40pm | April 12-May 24
Goalie-Specific training powered by CT Crease. The clinic will focus on the fundamental skills & techniques which are vital to goaltending success. The pros at CT Crease will also work on Angles & Positioning, Speed & Depth, Situational Awareness & Timing, and Technique & compete level.
Prerequisites: Intended for 2018-2011 birth years. ’18 Birth years must be rostered on a travel team or higher to attend. Exceptions may be made pending approval from the Twin Rinks hockey department. Players are separated into groups by age and ability.
Victory on Ice w/ Victor Baryshevtsev
Sundays | 2:50pm-3:50pm | March 29 -May 24 – No Class 4/5
Elevate your game this season with Coach Victor Baryshevtsev and our Victory on Ice clinic. A great complimentary skate to your existing hockey regimen, this clinic offers a blend of skating techniques and advanced skills that will challenge players to get out of their comfort zone in a fun and encouraging environment.
Prerequisites: Intended for 2019-2012 birth years. ’19 Birth years must be rostered on a travel team to attend. Exceptions may be made pending approval from the Twin Rinks hockey department. Players are separated into groups by age and ability.
Clinic Prerequisites & Expectations
- Players must fall within the stated birth year/age group.
Clinics are designed for competitive players and structured to challenge advanced skill, speed, and hockey IQ. Drills, pace, and coaching feedback will reflect the intensity and expectations of competitive play.
Motivated house league players are welcome to attend, provided they are prepared for a challenging environment. These clinics move quickly, require skating and foundational skills, and include direct, constructive coaching. Players should be ready to push their limits and keep up with a competitive group.
Clinics are not introductory or recreational programs. All players are expected to come focused, coachable, and ready to work at a high tempo.
Cancellations of a scheduled camp or clinic are non-refundable. Absolutely no refunds are available on or after the start of a camp or clinic. Refunds will not be issued to no-shows or to players who leave the program by their own admission, by expulsion, or who cancel after the program begins. Please read camp and clinic descriptions in full and be mindful when selecting your option and dates.
If a player becomes sick or injured during or before a camp or clinic the unused paid portion of the tuition may be moved to another session provided there is availability in an age and ability appropriate offering or will be returned as a credit to your account for a future camp or clinic. A doctor’s note is required.
