CT Breakers Spring Hockey
The CT Breakers provide an instructional and competitive environment for motivated players to develop their skills and hockey IQ under the guidance of passionate, established veteran coaches.
CT Breakers practices focus on teaching individual skills and team tactics, making for a complete development experience. Tournament opportunities exist for playing looking for competitive gameplay. Goalies have two goalie-specific days per week and all CT Breakers players have opportunities for additional recreational and competitive game play in our CT Breakers Game Days and Friday Night 3v3 sessions.
CT Breakers Teams are designed for competitive, travel level players and structured to challenge advanced skill, speed, and hockey IQ. Drills, pace, and coaching feedback will reflect the intensity and expectations of competitive play. Motivated house league players are welcome, provided they are prepared for a challenging environment. Breakers practices move quickly, require skating and foundational skills, and include direct, constructive coaching. Players should be ready to push their limits and keep up with a competitive group. All players are expected to come focused, coachable, and ready to work at a high tempo.

2026 Breakers Teams
Mites (2019 & 2018 Birth Years)
CT Breakers Mite teams deliver a competitive, fast-paced spring experience focused on building skills, speed, and hockey IQ for motivated players ready to transition to the next level of competitive play. Practices move quickly with high-tempo drills and direct, constructive coaching from Lucas Baksay (2019) and John Miserendino (2018). This is a challenging environment—2019 birth-year players in their first year of Mite hockey must be prepared to be pushed; if not ready, our Rookies program is the better fit. Tournament opportunities are limited to Mite Major (2018) birth years due to competitive formats. Players must arrive focused, coachable, and eager to work hard in a competitive group.
