Hockey Programming Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued to no-shows or to players who leave the program by their own admission, by expulsion, or who cancel after the program begins. No adjustments to existing registrations will be made once a program begins. 

Camp, Clinic, League, Tournament & Tryout Cancellation Policy

Enrollment is limited, and registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Absolutely no refunds are available on or after the first day of any camp, clinic, league, game etc. Refunds will not be issued to no-shows or to players/participants who leave the program by their own admission, by expulsion, or who cancel after the program begins.

Illnesses & Injuries

Credit may be applied to a participant’s account for missed sessions due to illness or injury. All requests must be made in writing and be accompanied by a doctor’s note. Credits may be used towards any future programming. 

Unforeseen Circumstances

Any clinics that are cancelled due to weather, rink closures ,etc. Participants will be issued a credit to use towards future programs.
